All services are subject to availability.
- Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Cambodia Taxi Trip.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup locations, dates, times, and contact details.
- Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, duration, and special requests.
- Payment methods may include:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Online payment (if available)
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra stops
- Overtime
- Late-night or early-morning services
- Public holidays, including New Year
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time (local time) are eligible for a 95% refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be accepted
- Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Arrive on time at the agreed pickup location
- Wear seat belts when required
- Respect the driver and vehicle
- Avoid illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior
- Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle
Smoking, drugs, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Driver & Vehicle
- All drivers are licensed and experienced.
- Vehicles are regularly maintained for safety and comfort.
- Cambodia Taxi Trip reserves the right to change the vehicle or driver if necessary due to operational reasons.
- Delays & Force Majeure
Cambodia Taxi Trip is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Accidents
- Government restrictions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
- Luggage Policy
- Reasonable luggage is permitted based on vehicle capacity.
- Oversized or excessive luggage must be declared in advance.
- Cambodia Taxi Trip is not responsible for llost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
- Liability Limitation
- Cambodia Taxi Trip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages
- Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
- We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.
