  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Cambodia Taxi Trip.
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup location, date, time, and contact details.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, duration, and special requests.
  • Payment methods may include:

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancel 24+ hours (Local time) before the tour for a 95% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Changes within 24 hours cannot be accepted.

  • Wear seat belts when required
  • Respect the driver and vehicle
  • Avoid illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle

Smoking, drugs, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

  • Cambodia Taxi Trip reserves the right to change the vehicle or driver if necessary due to operational reasons.

  • Government restrictions
  • Events beyond our control
  1. Luggage Policy
  • Reasonable luggage is allowed based on vehicle capacity.
  • Oversized or excessive luggage must be declared in advance.
  • Cambodia Taxi Trip is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
